Information:

Plan now to join your colleagues at the eighth annual NHMEA October Music Fest to be held at the Manchester Community Music School on Thursday, October 21, 2010.

There will be offerings for elementary, middle school, high school, and collegiate levels.  After the three sessions of workshops, there will be a General Session and All-Member Meeting.  The ballot for upcoming elections will be presented.  All of these offerings will take place in partnership with the Manchester Community Music School (on the former Notre Dame College campus in Downtown Manchester).

Following the General Session and meeting, there will be a dinner buffet at the Puritan Back Room Restaurant at 7 PM.  A cash bar will be available starting at 6:30.  During dinner, we will hear from a special guest speaker.

All afternoon sessions are included in your conference registration fee.  Any teacher who has become a new member of NHMEA and MENC may register for the afternoon conference at no cost.  Registration will also be accepted at the door in the form of cash or check payable to NHMEA.  However, we cannot guarantee that there will be tickets left for the dinner at that point.  Pre-registration is encouraged.

During the 3:30 workshop session, all Past Presidents are invited to a reception to share their thoughts on the past, present, and future direction of the Association.  You do not need to be registered for the conference to attend this meeting.

NHMEA Members who are unable to attend the full conference are welcome to pre-register for the evening dinner and also join us for the General Session and Business Meeting at 5 PM.

Please don’t miss this opportunity being provided by your organization.  This conference not only provides a meaningful professional activity, but it is also a valuable opportunity to network with your colleagues. Come enjoy, learn, and take part in the benefits of your membership.
